I ordered from valyoufurniture.com and put it together last weekend. I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous at first because I always worry I’m going to get fooled by something that looks better online than it really is. But everything showed up, all the screws were included, and once it was assembled it actually felt sturdy. The instructions were mostly clear, though one step had me staring at the pieces for way too long lol. It took longer than I expected, and I do wish the labels were easier to see, but overall I’m happy with it.

I had to send back a chair because it just didn’t really work in my space. I was a little nervous about the whole return process, but something about it was way easier than I expected. Customer service got back to me quickly, and the refund showed up a few days later. No hassle at all, so I was happy with how it turned out

At first I thought it looked really nice, but once I started using it, the material just felt kind of cheap. After about a week, one of the drawers was already sticking. For the price, I expected better. I also felt a bit dismissed when I brought it up, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Disappointed overall...

The delivery took a few days longer than I was expecting, which was a little annoying, but the guys handled everything carefully and gave me a call before they showed up, so... overall it was fine.

I feel like I got talked into paying way too much for what showed up. The furniture looked great on valyoufurniture.com, but in person it just didn’t have the same look or feel. Some pieces feel cheap, and a few parts don’t seem very sturdy at all. For the price, I really expected Valyou to deliver something better. I’m disappointed and wouldn’t order from them again.

I reached out to customer service and they said someone would call me back, but I never heard from anyone. It’s frustrating because I was just trying to get a straight answer, and now I’m left wondering if there’s some extra fee or charge they didn’t want to explain. Not a great experience.

When the couch first showed up, I was happy with how it looked in the room. It has a nice enough style, and I thought it would be a good spot to relax after work. But after sitting on it for a while, I started noticing how stiff it felt. It’s not the kind of couch you sink into or get comfortable on. I kept shifting around trying to find a good position, and by the end of the evening my back was bothering me. It looks okay, but comfort-wise, it really hasn’t worked out for me

The furniture looks really clean and modern, and when I put it in my room I was like, okay wow, this actually works way better than I expected. A few pieces are a little basic, sure, but not in a bad way. They still fit the space really nicely, and I may or may not have dramatically stared at my room for ten minutes like I had just done a full home makeover.
